Shipping & Delivery Policy

With Smart Cell Tech (pty)Ltd , we keep things simple and straightforward. We ship and deliver to your doorstep, nationwide throughout South Africa.

Shipping rates: R100 fixed shipping rate for every parcel we deliver to your doorstep

During transit, all orders placed in our online store (https://smartcelltech.co.za/) are fully insured.

Monday through Saturday, our order cutoff time is 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. No orders will be processed on Sundays or during public holidays.
Depending on stock availability, your purchase will be processed and dispatched on the same day you placed your order request. This is applicable to all orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following day, and orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturday will be processed on Monday the following week.
Depending on stock availability, delivery will take 2 to 3 days.
Smart Cell Tech (pty)Ltd delivers on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Please ensure that you are available to accept your purchase. If not, please arrange for someone else to accept it for you.

Our shipping and delivery services are available throughout South Africa. All areas within the borders of the country are covered.

Cutoff time for local pickups is 4:00 PM
Orders placed before the cutoff time are processed and dispatched the same day.
We will notify our customers via email and SMS within 24 hours to come to our physical store and pick up their order.
After 4 pm, orders will only be prepared and processed the following day.
