TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

1. My smartphone cannot find any new Bluetooth devices.
   Ensure the speaker has entered pairing mode.
   Ensure the device is within an effective working range ( 10 m).
2. Bluetooth device cannot pair up.
   Ensure your mobile phone allows new connections and has not yet reached the maximum number of paired devices.
3. The speaker does not play music when connected to a Bluetooth mobile phone.
   Ensure your mobile phone supports A2DP profiles.
   Ensure your mobile phone is within effective working range.
4. When paired with my computer, Windows asks for a new driver. Can you supply this?
   We recommend that you find compatible drivers for your computer online.
5. Why can I not remotely control the Pause / Play / Previous / Next functions when music plays?
   This feature requires the Bluetooth device paired with the speaker to support AVRCP (Audio / Video Remote Control Profile). Please ensure your device supports this.
6. Speaker does not charge / Battery drains quickly.
   Ensure the charging cable and adapter are securely connected.
   Test with a different compatible USB-C cable or adapter.
   Clean the charging port gently to remove dust or debris.
   Leave the unit charging for at least 2-3 hours before testing.
   If the speaker only works while plugged in, the battery may require service or replacement.
7. Speaker charges but will not power on.
   Confirm the battery is fully charged (charging LED should turn green).
   Press and hold the POWER switch for 3-5 seconds until the unit responds.
   If the unit does not respond, reset by switching the POWER off and on again.
8. Power or volume buttons not working properly.
   Ensure the unit is fully charged before testing the buttons.
   Press buttons firmly and hold briefly; avoid rapid pressing.
   If buttons remain unresponsive, the unit may need service.
9. Low sound quality or volume.
   Check both the speaker volume and the connected device’s volume.
   Test with different audio sources or higher quality files.
   Place the speaker in an open space, away from walls or soft surfaces, for best sound projection.
10. Accessories missing or not working.

• Ensure the supplied USB-C charging cable and AUX cable are included and functional.
• If your charger or AUX cable is defective or missing, please contact your retailer for replacement.
